Adoption Story
This is Asher, my parent’s cat. He loves all the attention in the world and will follow you from room to room. He also plays fetch with springs, except he makes you work for it by dropping 5 feet in front of you. Shortly after Milo back to Milwaukee after being home for the summer, my parents were once again empty nesters. They had really missed having a cat around and enjoyed having Milo, so they decided to get their own. From coming with me to look at cats when I was adopting, my mom knew exactly what they were looking for. They made an appointment to meet some cats who were being fostered. They met a kitten but didn’t feel that spark. They were informed another cat was being fostered they hadn’t listed yet for adoption. My parents came back that same night to meet him. They fell in love, he was friendly, adorable, and most importantly had my dad saying yes He is usually the type to go home and think about it. The next thing they knew they were taking him home that same day, and the paperwork was sent to them because nobody including my parents thought any adoption was happening that day. They renamed him Asher. Little did they know they were adopting a velcro cat.

Coat Pattern- Biocolored
Another bicolored or even tricolored fur pattern is a harlequin-patterned cat (Kort). They are mostly white cats with some colored spotting. Harlequin patterned cats typically have coloring (not white) on their heads and tails with either smaller and conjoined spots or large spots all over their bodies (Bicolor Cat). Their spot coloring can be any color, from black, grey, or orange to even having a tabby pattern or other coloring like a calico (Dempsey). Harlequin cats can also be called cow cats or moo cats when they have black spots. Cow cats have mostly white bodies and spots that make them look like cows. They can be white with black spots or white with grey spots (Bicolor Cat).
